AmberTec™ MR-450 UPW H/OH is an ultrapure water-grade, non-separable, homogeneous mixed bed ion exchange resin designed for final polishing in the semiconductor industry. It is recommended for point-of-use or non-regenerable mixed beds in polishing loops to achieve sub-ppb levels of impurities such as soluble silica, boron, sodium, potassium, sulfate, chloride, zinc, iron, and aluminum. This resin typically operates for 2-3 years before replacement.
