DuPont™ IntegraTec™ XP 77 IG PVDF Ultrafiltration Module
The DuPont™ IntegraTec™ XP 77 IG is an industrial-grade pressurized PVDF ultrafiltration (UF) membrane module designed for high-performance water treatment applications. Formerly known as DuPont™ IntegraFlux™ SFP-2880XP, it features advanced hydrophilic PVDF hollow fiber membrane technology, providing excellent fouling resistance, chlorine tolerance, and high filtration permeability.
With a 77 m² active membrane area and 0.03 μm pore size, the XP 77 IG delivers reliable removal of suspended solids, colloids, bacteria, and microorganisms. Its open platform design allows easy integration into customized UF skids and retrofit systems, making it ideal for industrial water treatment, wastewater reuse, municipal filtration, and RO pretreatment applications.

The XP 77 IG uses high-performance PVDF hollow fiber membranes with superior fouling resistance, excellent chlorine tolerance, high permeability, and easy cleaning and recovery performance. This ensures stable operation and extended membrane lifetime.
With a 0.03 μm pore size, the module provides efficient removal of suspended particles, colloidal substances, bacteria, and microorganisms. It provides reliable protection for downstream RO systems.
The modular open-platform structure allows easy integration into customer-built UF skids, flexible system design, simple replacement of existing UF modules, and reduced installation complexity.
