The DHP 2.1 axial piston pump, a compact and efficient water treatment consumable, is tailored for small/medium seawater & industrial desalination systems—ideal for island desalination equipment and factory wastewater desalination devices. Developed by WUXI FENIGAL, it excels in high-pressure stability, strong corrosion resistance, and space-saving design, becoming a reliable fluid transfer solution for small-scale desalination projects.


Operating on the axial piston principle, its plungers (parallel to the drive shaft) reciprocate in bores to adjust pump cavity volume, enabling high-pressure transfer of low-viscosity corrosive media (seawater, industrial saline wastewater). Unlike traditional pumps, it uses the transported fluid as lubricant, eliminating oil tanks and oil leakage to meet desalination’s strict cleanliness demands. Weighing only 7.8 kg with an integrated flushing check valve, it simplifies RO membrane system design, reducing installation space and costs.

Installation & Operation Tips

  1. Interface Connection: "I" = inlet, "O" = outlet (both G3/4〞, 18 mm). Strictly avoid reverse connection to prevent plunger/check valve damage.
